Customer History Resolution [S101]

This screen allows you to resolve supplier history. |
|
Rules
|
Only customer history which is marked as being 'resolvable' can be reolved.
|
|
Operation
|
Simple enter some text to say what has been done to resolve this item and click
the Resolve button.
If the customer history item which is being resolved is a chaser, then
the following additional operations will happen...
1) Any pending chaser tasks for this job will be marked as being complete.
2) A task will be sent to the originator of the customer history item to say that
it has been reolved. |
