Customer History Resolution [S101]
Overview
This screen allows you to resolve supplier history.
Rules
Only customer history which is marked as being 'resolvable' can be reolved.
Operation
Simple enter some text to say what has been done to resolve this item and click the Resolve button.

If the customer history item which is being resolved is a chaser, then the following additional operations will happen...
   1) Any pending chaser tasks for this job will be marked as being complete.
   2) A task will be sent to the originator of the customer history item to say that it has been reolved.
