Job-Material Manager [S102]
Overview
This screen allows the user to manage a list of job materials.
Rules
Job maintain rights are enforced. If the job has gone beyond the 'Get Prices' stage then it cannot be edited. If the job-material has an actual quantity or an actual weight entered then it cannot be deleted.
Operation
To update several materials at once to say that they have been 'driver returned' with zero quantity, select the check box against each materials to be updated and click the Return Zero Qty button. This is only availble at the driver returned stage of workflow. To remove several materials at once, select the check box against each material to be moved and click the Delete button. There are buttons to Check All and Uncheck All check boxes.
