The list is in regards of one job. The job belongs to a supplier who has the 500Kg exempt status. We are listing everything which is HWR for this supplier for one year up until the collection date (if the jobs has been collected or the due date if it has not.
Each line in the list represents one HWR job-material.
Because due dates can change and advised quantities are not the same as actual quantities then this report should give a good idea about whether the 500Kg mark has been breached.
