This screen allows the user maintain weee price steps. These are used to work
out our fees. Depending upon a customer's total weight, we will charge a
suitable fee. The fees are for a given weight band, and each charging year can
have a different set of steps. |

The weight that you specify means that weights 'up to' your given weight will be
included. otherwise they will use the next step. None of the numbers can be negative. The year must be within 5 years of the current year. User access is regulated by the permission 'Weee Administrator' |

| Operation | ||

Each line has an edit link and when this is clicked the user can edit any
editable fields for that line. When the user is done they should click the
update link or the cancel link. Also, there is a 'Create New Step' button with some text boxes. This will create a new line. |
