Weee Costing Create [S19]
Overview
This screen allows the user to create a weee costing record. A weee costing record is either for a prospect and it contains the weights for the Weee contract. Zero and non-zero quarters : A zero quarter represents a whole year and contains both weights and financial information. A non-zero quarter represents just one quarter from a year and mostly contains weights.
Rules
If the year/quarter combination already exists for thie customer then the creation will fail. The users needs permission to view customers to access this screen (Supplier Maintain).
Operation
There are several ways in which you can create a new Weee costings record and they are detailed here. 1) Create a blank entry. This new record will have no weights or prices specified. 2) Based upon a numbered quarter (eg 2009 - 4) This will take the weights from the specified quarter 3) Based upon a zero quarter (eg 2009 - year) This will take the weights from the specified year 4) Based upon the sum of a year This will take the summed weights from four quarters of the specified year You must specify the new quarter and year. Create : Creates as new Weee costings record based up on the above details. There are also links to the following screens.
