This screen lists staff credit data. Staff credits may have been created from
jobs or they may have been entered manually. Typically, the staff credits will have been generated form the Job Credit screen by the depot manager and the depot manager may also have added some additional credits manually. This screen allows anyone with authorisation to approve and process credits. Typically a regional manager will approve the credits and a payroll person will process the credits. |

Whether the user can see approval and process buttons will depend
upon the user's permissions.
If the user is restricted to one or more depots, then he should only be able to see credits from those depots and from drivers attached to those depots. Drivers can only see their own credits. Only user's with permisison to create a credit can see the New button. |

| Operation | ||

Use the Staff member and Depot to restrict who's credits you want
to list. Use the Status dropdown to restrict the list according to the current status of each credit. Use the Type dropdown to restrict the source type of credit which is listed. Dates... Use the year / month dropdowns to define one calendar month or the individual date controls to define an specific date range. The date controls have a calendar wizard. The Date radio buttons allow you to apply the date range either to the payroll year / month for which the processing has been allocated (use only month and year for this mode) which only shows processed credits OR the dates will apply to the credit source data which in the case of a job will be its collection date. The Show List button displays the list in the current window. The Show List - New Window button displays the list in a new window and is used when the user would like to save or print the list. in this mode, the selection critieria is not displayed. The job numbers are clickable to show the underlying job. Any credit can be viewed by clicking its View button which opens the Staff Credit Maintain screen A totals summary is listed below the main listing. To view only the totals, the user may check the Show totals only check box. Users with permission to create credits will be able to see the New button. This opens the Staff Credit Maintain screen and will pass to the the names of the currently selected depot and staff member. Approving & Processing If the user has rights to approve or process the credits then there may be controls on the screen to allow the user to approve or process credits (only if there are any approvable/processable credits listed). If the user has permission to approve credits then they will see check boxes against any credit which has not yet been approved. To approve a credit, these items can be ticked and the Approve button clicked. To check all approve check boxes, click the Check all ready for approval button. If the user has permission to process credits then they will see check boxes against any credit which has not yet been processed. To process a credit, these items can be ticked and the Process button clicked. When processing a credit it is important to select the payroll year/month that this credit is being assigned to and there is a year and month dropdown for this purpose. To check all process check boxes, click the Check all ready for processing button. |
