Job Credit Report [S29]
Overview
This screen shows jobs for a driver or depot with the potential credit information.

This screen does not show the actual credits but is mainly used by depot managers and drivers to see what the likely credit score might be for a driver's month. From this screen the depot manager is able to select jobs and trips from this job credit list to export the credit values to create actual staff credits.
Rules
If the user is a driver, then he should only be able to see his own jobs and trips.

If the user is restricted to one or more depots, then he should only be able to see jobs and trips from those depots and from drivers attached to those depots.

If the user has rights to create credits then they should be able to see the Create Credits button, the Check all ready for credit export button and a checkbox against any unexported job or trip entry in the result list.

Lost Credits do not translate to staff credits. A lost credit is a credit typically where the driver has made a mistake which has cost the company administration time and in such cases the job can be marked as 'Lost'.

A job's driver must be able to earn credits and this is configured in the Actor Maintain screen. If the driver is no set to earn credits then their jobs will not be shown on this screen.
Operation
Typically, a depot manager will be listing the credits for one driver/depot so the driver and depot must be selected from their dropdowns.

Typically, a driver will be listing their own credits either for one depot or for all depots. If the driver has more than one depot assigned to their account then there should be a chice of depots in the dropdown.

Usually job credits are listed for one calendar month and in this case there is a year and month dropdown to make this easy. If however, you would like to select a particular range of dates then you can override the year/month by selecting a pair of specific dates. These date controls use the calendar wizard.

The Show Lost Credits dropdown allows the user to display lost, not lost or all jobs.

The Show Exported dropdown allows the user to select exported, not exported or all jobs/trips.

The Suppress zero lines check box allows the user to list only lines which have a value other than zero.

The Suppress line detail check box allows the user to list only the totals without showing the line detail.

The List Order dropdown allows you to specify which order the lines will be listed in.

The Show List button displays the list in the current window.

The Show List - New Window button displays the list in a new window and is used when the user would like to save or print the list. in this mode, the selection critieria is not displayed.

If the user has permission to create credits then they will see check boxes against any job/trip which has not yet been exported. To export a job/trip to make staff credits, these items can be ticked and the Create Credits button clicked.

To check all check boxes, click the Check all ready for credit export button.

The job numbers are clickable to show the underlying job.

Break line totals are shown for each day/driver/depot.

Where a job/trip has been exported, instead of a checkbox being shown, this icon will be shown. tick
This shows that the job/trip has been exported. where this is a job (not a trip) then the user can click this icon to see a list of all credits created for the job in the Staff Credits Report
