Stock Level Report [S33]
Overview
This screen allows the user to list the current stock levels for both actual and pending stock levels for any depot.
Rules
Each stock level item is related to the combined setting of Company/Depot/StockItem. If the user's profile is restricted then the choices in the dropdowns may be restricted too. To view this screen, the user must be assigned RETRIEVE permissions on 'Stock Maintain' To be able to see the stock adjust link on a stock position, the user must be assigned UPDATE permissions on 'Stock Maintain'
Operation
Use the dropdowns to specify any selection criteria before clicking the Search button which will show a list of any matching stock positions. The Level column indicates the actual level for any processed jobs whereas the Pending column shows the expected effect of any jobs which have not yet been processed into invoices (and there therefore still editable). The column of interest to the user is most likely to be the Nett column which shows the combined position of actual and pending stock positions. The Level column has a link to the audit screen. The Stock Item column has a link to the stock adjust screen (if the user has access rights).
