Staff Credit Summary [S41]
Overview
This screen lists staff credit data in a summary format with one line per staff member - depot.

Typically, the staff credits will have been generated form the Job Credit screen by the depot manager and the depot manager may also have added some additional credits manually.

This screen allows anyone with authorisation to approve and process credits by looking at the summary rather than credit detail. Typically a regional manager will approve the credits and a payroll person will process the credits. There is one line per "staff member / depot".

The screen can also be used to summarised what has already been processed.
Rules
Whether the user can see approval and process buttons will depend upon the user's permissions.

If the user is restricted to one or more depots, then he should only be able to see credits from those depots and from drivers attached to those depots.

Staff members can only see their own credits unless they have permission to see other credits..
Operation
Use the Staff member and Depot dropdowns to restrict who's credits you want to list.

Dates...
Use the year / month dropdowns to define one calendar month or the individual date controls to define an specific date range. The date controls have a calendar wizard.
The Date radio buttons allow you to apply the date range either to the payroll year / month for which the processing has been allocated (use only month and year for this mode) which only shows processed credits OR the dates will apply to the credit source data which in the case of a job will be its collection date.

The Show Waiting Approval button displays the credits which are not yet approved.
The Show Waiting Processing button displays the credits which are approved but not yet processed.
The Show Processed button displays the credits which are have been processed.
The Show On Hold button displays the credits which are 'on hold'.

In all cases, cancelled credits are not listed. On hold credits are only shown when you are specifically listing them and they are excluded from the other lists.

Approving & Processing

If the user has rights to approve or process the credits then there should be controls on the screen to allow the user to approve or process credits (only if there are any approvable/processable credits listed) depending upon the listing mode. When listing 'on hold' or 'processsed' credits there are no options to approve or process.

If the user has permission to approve credits then they may see check boxes against any "staff member / depot" who has approvable credits. To approve this staff member's credits, tick the checkbox and click the Approve button.

If the user has permission to process credits then they may see check boxes against any "staff member / depot" who has processable credits. To process this staff member's credits, tick the checkbox and click the Process button. You must select the calendar month for which this processing is to be done (the payroll month).

To check all check boxes, a button should be provided.

When you see the list, any money amounts will have a £ prefix and any deductable types are shown in red.

The Details button navigates to the Staff Credit Report where you'll be able to list the same data but will full itemised details. When this screen is shown, the depot and staff member should be selected but no other controls will be selected.
