Weee Register [S4]

Overview

This screen allows you to enter details about your company and your weee obligations so that an estimate can be quoted

The screen first asks for some essential details mostly about your weee volumes, then the estimate figures are quoted and finally you can enter your organisation details and apply for a WeeeCare account.

Rules

There are certain fields which are required and for this reason an incomplete screen will not be allowed to continue until the information has been entered. Where this happens, any reasons for rejection are reported to you so you can then amend the data and try again.

If your turnover is less than Ł1m then you must enter your turnover
If you are VAT registered then you must enter your VAT number
If your company is a partnership then you must give the name of at least one partner
If you have indicated that you're a member of another scheme then we need your Weee registration number

Because this is a client facing screen, no user access is used.

Operation

There are several wizard buttons to help you to fill in the SIC code and your address.

Calculate button will take your declared quantities and show the results of the estimate.
Underwritten and Pay as Weee go will show you the difference between the two costing contracts
Apply will create an application for a WeeeCare account
