This screen enables you to maintain holidays for holiday plans or the following for an actor 1) Holidays 2) Sick Days 3) Awol Days

You will need either 'Holiday Logging Actor' or 'Holiday Plan Logging' permisisons to use this screen.
Operation
To create a diary entry you must specify... The date : This is the date in the diary The reason : Some text which will help to remind anyone in the future what this was about The type : A holiday, sick day or an unexplained AWOL day The duration : Whether this was a a whole day, half day or a fraction of a day The usual functions of the Add, Update and Delete buttons apply. When the diary entry is for a person and the screen is in 'clear' mode, , the 'create long holiday' section should be visible. This allows you to create a long holday range. It works in the same way as a single holiday entry but there are no type or duration fields and there is a start and end date. This will create one diary entry for each day within range.
