Depending upon the user permissions, the ability to view, update or create may
be restricted. Because arrangements are a part of the supplier data we use the
supplier CRUD permissions to control arrangement access. Any fields which are mandatory and left blank will be highlighed when the update or create buttons are clicked. A message will explain why the data has not been saved. If you enter an address then the address checkbox must be checked. If you enter dates then the date checkbox must be checked and the to date must be greater than the from date. You cannot remove the active flag from the default arrangement. You cannot remove the default flag from the default arrangement. There are various rules belonging to the rota system which are checked for. The day checkboxes can be used to indicate which day of the week we come for both rota and non rota arrangements. The daily rota is the only situation for which more than one day can be specified. If you are coming from the Supplier Arrangement List screen and then click the update button, you should be taken back to the list screen again. |
