Actor Account Close [S89]

Overview
|
This screen enables the user to close an actor account and to automatically take
care of any data clearup in Zeus.
Any actor roles will be deleted
Any actor/depot links will be deleted
Any tasks can be either deleted or re-assigned
Any supplier accounts which are set for this person as an account manager are
re-assigned
Any supplier accounts which are set for this person as a field technician are
re-assigned
Any arrangements which are set for this person as an account manager are
re-assigned
Any arrangements which are set for this person as a field technician are
re-assigned
Any depots set with this actor as manager will be re-assigned
The actor locked flag will be set
Several actor flags will be reset to remove this actor from various dropdowns

|
Access (CRUD) permissions are controlled by 'Actor Maintain' permissions.
Delete permissions are required. |

Operation
|
This screen works as a wizard and has two distinct steps.
Step 1 : View the actor details
Decide what to do about pending tasks. You can either delete ALL their tasks
OR re-assign their pending tasks to another staff member.
If the actor is a field rep then the accounts for which they are a field rep
(supplier and arrangement) will be re-assigned to the field rep of your choice.
If the actor is an account manager then the accounts for which they are an
account manager (supplier and arrangement) will be re-assigned to the account
manager of your choice.
Step 2 : Finish
The actor has been made inactive and their data has been dealt with as
described above. A link is provided to view the actor record.
