Trip Maintain - Driver / Vehicle [S95]
Overview
This screen allows the user to the maintain trip driver and vehicle. The trip may also be deleted.
Rules
The user requires Trip Maintain permissions (update). The dates for a trip are usually the same date. In this case, leave the 'TO' date empty when creating a new trip as the 'to date' will automatically be updated for you. Only use this field if it is different from the main trip date. If a trip has jobs then it cannot be deleted. If a trip has been completed then it cannot be deleted. If a trip has been completed then it cannot have its driver / vehicle changed.
Operation
Click the Update button to record the mileage / fuel. Click the Delete button delete the trip.
